In Australia, clients can leverage our facility in Canberra for prototyping secure solutions and our Melbourne Cyber Defence Centre to rapidly expand capacity and run their security operations in compliance with local data, regulatory and legislative requirements. Role:A knowledgeable well-rounded Cyber Consultant based in Canberra possessing a minimum of 4+ years' experience in cyber security and/or the technology industry, with experience in network and endpoint security, integration and engineering preferred.
Responsibilities: Engagement ManagementParticipate in project planning and workshops, assisting with resourcing and scheduling of milestones.Provide support to management for delivery of engagements.Provide support to engagement team members as required with the delivery of services.Escalate to Engagement Leads when engagements require assistance.Provide constant feedback to Engagement Leads who are responsible for their active engagements.Manage the day to day delivery of engagements assigned to them.Raise risks that are identified in relation to assigned engagements.Sales/MarketingIdentify new pre-sales activities with new and existing clients for the development of new opportunities.As required, provide assistance to sales team by meeting with clients and demonstrating our abilities and understanding of technical expertise and enterprise environments.Engage with client project teams to assist with development of long-term relationships of client staff.Assist with the development of proposals and pricing for services.Attend marketing events and engage with attendees on behalf of Wipro.Provide peer review on other team member deliverables and services to confirm that engagement deliverables are being met.Requirements: Technical and analytical, with 4+ years' experience in Cybersecurity in cyber security with experience in endpoint technologies is a must.Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with current and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cyber Security technology space.Experience in Defender, Airlock, Crowdstrike, SentinelOne is required.Experience in Carbon Black is an added advantage.Must have good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to identify sales opportunities.Medium document writing and document quality assurance capabilities.Agile delivery and teamwork experience.Industry recognized qualifications such as SABSA, CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, SANS certification, CEH, OSCP and cloud platform certifications, etc, are highly desirable, but not required.A passion for information security and a history of contribution to the security community.HOW TO APPLYAt Wipro Shelde, we respect and value differences.
