Hays have partnered with a household name in the Australian financial services sector to appoint an experienced Cyber Business Analyst to an initial 12-month contract. Working across multiple cyber initiatives in an Agile environment, this is an exceptional opportunity you won't want to miss!
Your new role
As the Cyber Business Analyst, you'll play a senior role in leading BA activities across the organisation's Security program of work, aiming to improve their security posture and safely align with strategic objectives. Your core duties will include:
Providing BA capabilities for discovery and delivery requirements for a number of security initiatives
Details requirements gathering and documentation, facilitating workshops and showcases, and performing detailed process, data, and gap analysis
Working with a vast range of stakeholders and SME's internal and external to the organisation
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced Senior Business Analyst, with a strong grasp of cybersecurity projects within complex, enterprise environments (ideally in financial services or similar regulatory areas). A history in IT infrastructure will also be beneficial, and you'll bring with you strong stakeholder engagement experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be capable of juggling multiple initiatives whilst still meeting agreed deadlines, and be an autonomous professional who can hit the ground running. Experience in Agile delivery is essential, and familiarity with Visio for process mapping a bonus.
