Are you a Maintenance Supervisor / Team Leader ready to step up into Maintenance Management?
An excellent opportunity is available to join an international chemical manufacturer in an off tools Maintenance Manager role, focused on leadership, CapEx, and driving continuous improvements.
An ideal applicant will be an experienced Maintenance Supervisor / Manager with proven leadership & technical abilities. You will be familiar with ATEX / DSEAR regulations and have a strong manufacturing or similar background.
The company themselves are part of an international group who turnover $18bn+ per annum. They are seeking a Maintenance Manager on a full time & permanent basis and are happy to offer further industry training & external training courses to upskill you in the position.
Position:

Maintenance Supervisor £60,000 - £64,000 + Bonus + Medical + Progression into Maintenance Manager Coach, mentor & develop a team of multiskilled engineers Work closely with Site Manager on CapEx programme & driving continuous improvements Clear & defined progression with further training & development available Days, Monday to Friday
