We're undergoing an exciting brand refresh, and you'll be at the forefront, collaborating with a diverse and experienced team to continue lifting our brand experience.
You will work on various projects, from social media graphics to website design, and develop strong sub-branding alongside the main brand.

We are a small, tight-knit marketing team.
Therefore, we wear many hats.

You'll be an integral part of our event success in this role!
You'll collaborate closely with the Events Coordinator and Marketing Manager, tackling projects like webinar setup and supporting all our year-round events.

What will you do?

Collaborate with the marketing team (Marketing Manager, Content Officer, Events Coordinator) to bring design concepts to life that will excite our audience.
Produce eye-catching marketing materials such as brochures, publications, flyers, banners, website design, social media graphics, and advertisements.
Design our new website (Interface Design experience is a plus!)
Work on the main brand but develop solid branding for sub-brands Maintain and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency in design elements across all materials and touchpoints Retouch and editing of photography and videography Manage the printing of print collateral Manage both design and text revisions Organize physical and virtual event set-up, including the AV set-up, event recording, and Zoom hosts.
What do you bring?

2+ year's graphic design experience You are a fast mover, able to turn around designs quickly and to a high standard.
You will have a solution-focused, agile, positive mindset, and enjoy being both collaborative & autonomous.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Comfortable working in a fluid & fast-paced environment Have a high attention to detail Ability to design using Windows Video editing skills and working knowledge of HubSpot are a bonus but not required.
