Creative Director - New Brand Launch (Womenswear)

About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and visionary Creative Director to lead the creative direction of a newly created womenswear brand within a globally recognized multi-brand fashion business.
Based in Sydney, this is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the creative identity of an exciting new brand from the ground up.
As the Creative Director, you will sit at the intersection of product development and brand marketing, driving the creative vision for the brand across all touchpoints.
You'll lead a team and collaborate with product designers, stylists, and marketing experts to ensure that the brand's aesthetic and messaging are consistently aligned and impactful.
Your work will span across product creation, photoshoots, marketing campaigns, and digital content-guiding the brand's visual storytelling and helping to build its presence in the global market.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction: Lead the overall creative vision for the new brand, including styling, design direction, and photography.
Product & Development Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to ensure that the creative vision aligns with product design, ensuring the aesthetic of the brand is reflected in the collection.
Brand Strategy & Marketing: Oversee the creation of digital and print content, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all marketing channels, including campaigns, social media, and website content.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of creatives, including stylists, photographers, and designers, ensuring high-quality execution of all creative work.
Photoshoots & Campaigns: Lead the creative direction for seasonal photoshoots and campaigns, ensuring the vision is brought to life in both stills and video.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce to bring the brand vision to life at every touchpoint.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Creative Director in the fashion industry, ideally with womenswear experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction across product, marketing, and content creation.
Experience in both product development and brand marketing within a global fashion business.
Expertise in visual storytelling, photography, and the creation of impactful marketing campaigns.
Ability to lead and inspire a creative team while collaborating with key business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of current fashion trends, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong, visually compelling brands.
