This role is in our Airfreight Customs Team in our Sydney (Matraville) office.

Overall Role Purpose Prepares customs documents as required per local customs regulations Feeds data into customs operating system Provides general administrative support to others within Customs Sets up master data for transactons Executes post-entry work/transactions Maintains documentation/SOPs Supports/maintains operational systems Resolves duty/tax and billing issues Conducts quality and best practice audits Manages payments/accounting Executes back-office duties (eg.
scanning, filing, reporting) Skills//Qualifications Good knowledge of customs requirements Brokerage license (if applicable) Results driven and attention to detail HIgh degree of written, verbal and organisational skills Why DHL Global Forwarding?
