The Role
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping our client's live up to their promise to deliver the industry's best service and support. In short, you will be speaking with professionals in the Dentistry industry and helping them find solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Efficient and prompt response to customer inquiries, requests and complaints received via phone, e-mail, or mail to achieve customer satisfactionCreation of doctor accounts – applying discounts, coupons and vouchers.Proactive in communicating to providers in case of delays or issues with their case.Identify and cold call new prospects and lapsed Doctors in assigned territory.Provide outgoing calls to push commercial promotions during the year.Collaborate with the finance, customers service and sales teams to resolve the ticketsDevelop low providers case submissions by specific follow-up with the support of the Clinical team from submission to mature level of Clinical confidence.Follow up on leads from field sales team, company events, marketing webinars, website,contact forms, etc.Maintain a basic knowledge in orthodontic/dental concepts and topics.Recruit for various channel clinical education eventsOther duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.

Tertiary qualifiedProficient computer skills including PC/Mac, (Microsoft Office) including Word,Excel, and PowerPointAt least 1 - 3 years of experience providing customer services/sales or support.Enthusiastic about providing excellent support and service.Organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task.High ability to drive results.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skillsMust display excellent judgement.Motivational, personable, and influential.Strong time management skills.Must be able to handle a high volume of call, chat, and email traffic both inbound and outbound.Must be able to adapt to changes with short noticeThis position offers a great work life balance within a warm and welcoming environment.
