Job Description:Eastman Chemical Company is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles and possess strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues and inquiries- Understand and communicate product information, pricing, and delivery schedules to customers- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes and procedures- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Personality traits:- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service- Confidence in handling challenging situations with customers

Soft skills:- Leadership skills to effectively manage customer support team members- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts with customers in a professional manner
