Regions Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and analytical. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Update customer information in the database during and after each customer interaction
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
