Customer Support Specialist - 12 Month Fixed Contract

A fabulous opportunity to join a global leader in this small and dynamic team of Customer Operations Support Officers based in Findon on a 12 month fixed term contract.Using your customer service experience you will be responsible for end to end customer service and support, you will be managing phones and a busy email inbox ensuring customer satisfaction is at an all time high, whilst ensuring information is up to date and accurate internally.Client DetailsOur global client based in Findon SA, are a leading partner is safety equipment and services worldwide.DescriptionWorking with a small dynamic team in a busy and fast paced environment, duties will include but are not limited too: Customer service and general administrationRaising of purchase orders and work ordersInvoicing and data entryManaging an email inboxInbound & outbound phone calls (up to 50 plus per day)Proactively updating customers on service work and enquiriesManaging customer SLA's & complianceService Coordination of Field Technicians ProfileTo be considered for this position you will meet the following criteria: * Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment * Experience working within a high volume customer service environment * Ability to work between the hours of 8am-4pm daily * Experience working with MS Office - Excel * Knowledge of Pronto/Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems will be highly regarded * A customer centric focus * Technical aptitude to pick up the industry and role quickly * Familiarity with KPI targetsJob OfferIf you are looking for a new role and are available to commence within 4 week, please APPLY NOW.Alternatively please send through your most recent CV to @
