Customer Service Officer

We have an opportunity for an Operational Support Administrator to join the team in Adelaide, SA. In a helpdesk environment, the Operations Support Administrator is responsible for providing work order management and administrative support by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders to provide timely and efficient customer service. The Operations Support Administrator will raise and distribute maintenance requests and provide administrative support to the contract team and Client in the delivery of all reactive works related data and information.
