Customer Support Specialist - 12 Month Fixed Contract

A fabulous opportunity to join a global leader in this small and dynamic team of Customer Operations Support Officers based in Salisbury on a 12 month fixed term contract.Using your customer service experience you will be responsible for end to end customer service and support, you will be managing phones and a busy email inbox ensuring customer satisfaction is at an all time high, whilst ensuring information is up to date and accurate internally.
