Customer Support Representative - Work From Home

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at Western & Southern Financial Group. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home, located in Perth, Western Australia. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently.
4. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
6. Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers.
7. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide follow-up resolution.
8. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values in all customer interactions.

Requirements:
1. Independent and hardworking personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment.
2. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
8. Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup.
