Job Description:
Citizens Financial Group is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide online chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on products and services.- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong planning and organization abilities.- Demonstrated ability in people management.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools.
