Job Description:
Henry Schein is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.3. Providing product information, order status, and pricing details to customers.4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.6. Proactively following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.7. Collaborating with the sales team to support customer retention and growth initiatives.8. Participating in ongoing training and development to strengthen customer service skills.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.3. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.4. Strong negotiation skills and a cooperative attitude towards problem-solving.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.8. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
