We encourage people with diverse backgrounds to apply for this role. What is a Customer Support Representative (CSR)? As a CSR you will provide assistance to both internal and external customers with all parts quotes, sales and order tracking.
Along with liaising with local vendor and transport providers to best support our customer's needs, ensuring that the operational standards set by our Komatsu Customer Support Charter are met and exceeded.
