### Job Description:

Targa Resources is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to customer questions and concerns.

- **Issue Resolution:** Effectively resolve customer issues by diagnosing the root cause and providing appropriate solutions. Document all interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of Targa Resources' products and services to offer insights and recommendations tailored to customer needs.

- **Feedback Collection:** Actively solicit and document customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to relay relevant information.

- **Training and Support:** Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices within the customer support team to enhance overall performance and service quality.

- **Process Improvement:** Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Participate in brainstorming sessions to devise innovative solutions.

- **Reporting:** Generate regular reports on customer interactions, trends, and feedback to management. Use this data to help shape customer support strategies.

- **Leadership:** Demonstrate exemplary leadership skills by guiding customers through complex issues and fostering a sense of trust and rapport with clients.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote work environment.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce). Familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.

- **Personality Traits:** Must be dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

- **Soft Skills:** Strong leadership and negotiation skills are required to effectively manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts.

- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to customers of varying technical backgrounds.

- **Problem Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and implement timely solutions.

- **Adaptability:** Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in processes, technology, and customer needs.
