The Opportunity:
Join our Komatsu Kalgoorlie branch in our Parts Department as a Customer Support Representative.
In this diverse and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching parts, ensuring customers receive the correct goods in a timely and well-presented manner.
Additionally, you'll provide exceptional customer service, liaise with transport companies for deliveries, and assist with stock takes and process improvements.
Roster: Monday – Friday & every 3rd Saturday
Annualised Wages: $76,000 + Super + 5% Annual Bonus + On Call & Call Out Allowance
Role Located: Kalgoorlie

What we are looking for:
Proven experience in parts operation/interpretation or warehouse environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Good understanding of inventory management systems and principles
Current forklift licence desirable
