Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the airline industry.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, both in-person and over the phone- Assist passengers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences- Utilize negotiation skills to find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company- Act as a project manager for special customer service initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and regulations to better assist customers

Requirements:- Hardworking and motivated individual willing to go above and beyond for our customers- Proficient in negotiation and project management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations- Comfortable using computer software and systems- Must be legally eligible to work in Australia
