Job Description:

Raymond James Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and confident, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support and assistance with inquiries and issues- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction- Assist customers with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- 4+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Innovative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies- Experience with people management is a plus
