We are growing fast and are now looking for an experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team based in Perth!
As a Customer Support Officer, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to exceptional customer service.
From the moment a customer reaches out to us, you'll be their guide, their advocate, and their problem solver.
Your days will be diverse and dynamic, from answering enquiries via email and phone, providing technical support through to collaborating with our global team to ensure every customer experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
One moment, you might be helping a customer troubleshoot a technical issue over the phone, and the next, you could be drafting an email response to address their billing questions.
With each interaction, you'll bring professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
