**Responsibilities:**1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Assist customers with account management, payments, and general inquiries.4. Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and escalate feedback to the relevant teams.6. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
