EOG Resources is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Support Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives who work remotely from home. Your primary duties will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, and providing training and support to team members as needed.

In addition to your managerial responsibilities, you will also be expected to actively engage with customers to resolve escalated issues, gather feedback to improve our products and services, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the customer support department.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to motivate and lead a team. You must also have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and a proven ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.

This position requires a high level of innovation and presentation skills, as well as a strong commitment to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusivity within the workplace.
