The Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & eCommerce Support Representative to provide top-notch assistance to our customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our online customers. You'll work closely with our sales, production, and logistics teams to address customer needs and keep our eCommerce operations running smoothly.
