Customer Support Coordinator Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, this role is responsible for the coordination of the Customer Support functions that enables the team to deliver, safe, efficient, and compliant support to the Mining Division and its customers.
Key Responsibilities Support the Customer Support Team by coordinating with the customer and site team on day to day activities and assist in identifying, trouble shooting and problem solving potential issues that may arise. Asset tracking and maintenance scheduling Coordinating site freight and travel Ensuring all Customer Support personnel are adequately resourced and provided with specialised tooling and information required Assist with warranty and CSI tracking for fleet Arrange training requirements of the customer support team Monthly reporting as required About You Advanced MS Office computer literacy and proficiency including Project and Excel is required Cert III in Engineering (Mechanical) is preferred Highly customer service focused with proven previous customer service experience Commitment to maintain and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace Atention to detail What we can offer you?
