Job Description The Customer Support Consultant position entails answering real-time inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting weekly service and sales KPIs.

Qualifications Must have Permanent Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
Sales experience with a customer focus and hitting targets.
Preferably, some background in customer service, retail, or sales.
It's a plus if you know about electronics and whitegoods, but not a must.
Great at communicating, both written and verbally.
Committed to giving customers top-notch service.
Self-driven and can work independently when needed.
Comfortable with computers and open to learning new tech.
Great at connecting with people and building relationships.
Great attention to detail.
Additional Information Permanent Full-time role or Part-time (Min 4 days) Shift patterns available: 2:30pm to 11:00pm.
