Customer Support Centre Supervisor

The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced people leader to join our team in this key role.
As the Customer Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Customer Support Centre operations relating to our Parts team by maintaining operational standards, conducting regular activity reporting as well as handling escalations from both internal and external customers.
You will lead a team of Customer Support Reps who provide support and administration relating to Komatsu Parts.
This includes, but is not limited to, interpreting customer part requirements, quoting, ordering & tracking orders through the supply chain, whilst ensuring they deliver outstanding service to our customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a high satisfaction rate.

Role Located: Fairfield, NSW

What We Are Looking For: Proven leadership and/or supervisory experience.
Proven experience in Parts interpretation/administration.
Experience working within Machinery, Automotive, or Manufacturing industry.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
