### Job Description:

As a Customer Support Associate at Publix Super Markets, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. ### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within the retail or food industry.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or business management is a plus.
