Job Description:
ABM Industries is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and a passion for providing exceptional support to customers. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
- Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Processing orders and handling returns or exchanges
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assisting with special projects and other duties as needed

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Adaptable and motivated to learn new skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
