Job Description:
Delek US Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team, with the opportunity to work remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers- Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies to improve overall client satisfaction- Track and analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- At least 4 years of experience in a customer success or account management role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment- Ability to think innovatively and conduct thorough research- Experience using CRM software and other customer management tools- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
