Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and driven Customer Success Officer to join our team at Woolworths Group. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience- Provide support and assistance to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and deliver solutions- Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations- Motivated to succeed and driven to meet and exceed goals- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule- No prior experience required, training will be provided
