Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Symantec is seeking a Customer Success Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers. This position is entry level, so no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is hardworking and resilient.

Responsibilities:- Onboard new customers and provide training on our products and services- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products- Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer needs and provide solutions- Collaborate with sales and support teams to address customer concerns- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers- Meet customer success metrics and KPIs

Requirements:- Strong attention to detail- Excellent people management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Effective communication skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required)- Must be hardworking and resilient
