You will be responsible for assessing applications received, conducting credit checks and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling incoming enquiries, assessing complex applications, gathering and analysing financial data, conducting due diligence and financial analysis, following up on leads generated from our website and digital marketing campaigns, providing customers with product knowledge and assisting with application submissions.Handling incoming phone and email enquiries promptly and professionallyAssessing complex applications that are referred for inhouse assessmentGathering and analysing financial data to evaluate riskPerform due diligence and financial analysisConduct credit checks, property title searches and property valuationsCommunicate credit decisions and policies to applicants, brokers and internal staffFollow up on leads generated from our website and digital marketing campaignsProvide customers and business partners with product knowledge and assist with application submissionsWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for this Customer Success Manager role has experience within banking and lending. They enjoy working in a customer-focused role and have the flexibility to manage a variety of competing demands. They possess excellent communication skills and are skilled at developing and maintaining customer relationships. In addition, the successful candidate is organised, has a sense of urgency and is disciplined with administration and Information Technology operations. They also possess a good attention to detail and can prioritise their work effectively.Minimum 5 years' experience within the Mortgage & Finance IndustryStrong understanding of the residential mortgage process, relevant legislation, and industry standardsAnalytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to build strong relationships with business partners, internal stakeholders and third-party distributorsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganised and able to meet tight deadlinesAbility to multi-task and work under pressureStrong attention to detailWhat sets this company apart:Our client is part of a diverse successful global financial services group that has operated for nearly 40 years.
