Requirements What to expect Nurture and maintain strong relationships with our farmers, growers and other agribusiness customers to drive positive engagement Take ownership of the long-term retention of a portfolio of Onside's SMB customers across ANZ Analyse engagement and product usage data, account health indicators, and other metrics to identify opportunities to upsell or cement customer retention Proactively find opportunities to maximise value, and meet expansion revenue goals, driving uptake of product features and solutions About you Experience in customer success/account management within a fast-paced software-as-a-service environment Ability to build rapport quickly, make lasting positive impressions Commercially minded, target orientated and data-driven Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage projects Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address customer needs and challenges Collaborative team player, focused on delivering the best outcome for the customer and for Onside Benefits Joining our team You'll be joining a purpose driven, well-backed business ready to leap to the next level.
