Our bespoke virtual clinic is experiencing significant growth across Australia and is significantly impactful in regional and rural Australia where there is a known clinic gap.
Our clients are ready to have a Customer Success Coordinator partner with them to harness the benefits of iAgeHealth.The CompanyiAgeHealth is an innovative solution developed by Clinicians in Aged Care, who recognised rural communities fail to have adequate access to multidisciplinary clinical care in a timely manner.
Our platform has been designed to harness the latest technological advances and tools to improve access to such crucial health services for older Australians living in regional, rural and remote communities.With diagnostic tools offering live data to clinicians, this role enables you to provide professional care advice from anywhere, at any time.
Our Clinicians and Allied Health professionals work on rotating rosters to support a 24/7 service model.
Due to the demand of iAgeHealth, our team is expanding, and we are welcoming new professionals to be a part of the solution elderly residents need in our rural communities.About the RoleReporting to the CEO, the Client Success Coordinator ensures that clients achieve their goals in using the innovative digital healthcare service - iAgeHealth.
You will build strong relationships, provide support, and offer strategic guidance to maximise client satisfaction, optimise the utilisation of iAgeHealth services and ultimately drive positive rates of client retention.The key to your success is clearly understanding and interpreting customer requirements and their business, providing practical product information and account development resulting in new sales as well as retaining and supporting the existing client base.
You will be responsible for understanding the value points that matter to clients within your remit to enable the best possible outcomes for them; problem-solving, onboarding and working collaboratively to advocate for client's needs to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience and enhanced overall success and growth for the iAgeHealth solution.About You:EssentialUnderstanding of telehealth or virtual care industry and healthcare trendsHigher Education Qualifications in Healthcare Management, Business, Commerce, Information Technology and/or a related field2+ years demonstrated experience in Customer Success and/or Customer RetentionExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationshipsSolid grounding in selling skills – consultative selling, solution selling, negotiation, closingExceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive and solution-orientated approachAbility to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detailAbility to quickly build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clientsPossess strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and software used within the aged care sectorAdvanced level of computer literacy including; Microsoft Suite, CRMs, Project Planning Tools & Reporting CapabilitiesUnderstanding of the aged care sector, including regulations, client needs, and the challenges faced by both clients and service providersAbility to meet and exceed performance and/or sales targetsAbility to travel at short notice to meet your clients and business needsCurrent unrestricted driver's licenseDesirableBachelor of Nursing and/or Allied Health Qualifications a bonus, but not essentialWhat's in it for you:Competitive salary + super + NFP employee perksSalary packaging (up to $18,900 net) to increase your take home payTravel throughout regional Australia, connecting with communities that need you the mostAccess to Blue Light Card (Retail Discounts)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Free Influenza ProgramAccess to Scholarship Programs & Professional DevelopmentSee our website for more information on the benefits McLean Care employees have access to Rewards & Benefits for our people | McLean CareMcLean Care is passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes the right to feel safe, be valued and heard.
