About the Role
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist to join their expanding team in Silverwater, working 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, no weekends! This is a temporary role with a potential to go perm or even commence straight permanent for the right candidate.
Working within a high volume contact centre environment, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience through exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: Deliver high level professional customer service Answer enquiries within a timely and accurate manner Facilitate the resolution of complaints, escalate where required Work within a high volume contact centre environment Manage inbox, generating correspondence Partner with the Sales team to manage the delivery of customer vehicles High volume data processing and validation Processing invoices and purchase orders Coordinate Aftermarket bookings Obtain registration information and Delivery ETA's from our Dealer Network and providing updates to customers Records and database management, ensuring high integrity accuracy and confidentiality Finalise settlements for vehicles with support from Accounts and Finance teams Collaborate with the Use Car Manager on updates for all Trade ins Ensure compliance with best practice and monthly KPI's
About You Impeccable communication skills, both written and oral Exceptional customer service and engagement skills with the ability to build rapport Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Passionate, enthusiastic, driven and resilient High attention to detail Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and Salesforce Requirements
Demonstrated Customer Service and Administration experience Proven Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience or Customer Care experience Valid Drivers licence and own transport Flexible to work 8:30am-5:30pm Monday's to Friday's Ability to commence immediately with no notice period!
