Red Hat's Demo Platform team (demo.redhat.com) is looking an experienced, enterprise-level engineer to join us as a Customer Success Architect in Australia.
In this role, you will work with our Sales, Services and Partners to provide Technical guidance, support and implementation advice using the Demo platform to showcase Red Hat products and solutions to our customers.You will also collaborate closely with our Platform and Content architects to ensure high availability and uptime for our Platform and it's contents.What you will doSupport enterprise customers implementing automated and containerized cloud application platform solutionsLearn new technologies quickly, including topics like container orchestration, container registries, container build strategies, and microservices on container platformsPerform monitoring, alerting, technical reviews and share knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issuesGain understanding of our technical infrastructures, cloud infrastructure and offerings and serve as a platform advocate within Red HatCollaborate with the Platform architects, product management, SREs, and cloud hosting teamsCreate documentation on platform issues and technical details on how to resolve themManage and grow user relationships by delivering attentive, relationship-based supportWork closely with product enablement and marketing teams to support any high profile events organized and supported by Red HatWhat you will bring5+ years of experience in a support, development, engineering, IT, or quality assurance (QA) organizationExpertise with enterprise cloud solutions like Platform-as-a-Service (OpenShift by Red Hat), containers, Kubernetes, and IT automation (Ansible by Red Hat)Competent comprehension of enterprise architecture and strategic business driversDirect experience with a variety of monitoring tools like GrafanaAbility to manage multiple issues and projects with shifting priorities and timelinesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information to customers both clearly and conciselyExperience working in DevOps environmentsAbility to travel for marketing events within the regionThe following are considered a plus:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related discipline, ideally computer science or engineeringExperience deploying applications in cloud environmentsExperience developing containerized applicationsGood comprehension of continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) conceptsFamiliarity with source code management tools like Git or SVNPrior experience in a technical leadership or mentorship role#LI-SH4 #LI-REMOTEAbout Red Hat is the world's leading provider of enterprise software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
