The Digital and Information Services branch delivers agile and transformative information and technology, enabling council to be a leader in providing innovative and sustainable services to its communities.
The Customer Solutions Analyst will support Council's service delivery by managing the lifecycle of business systems, business relationships and business processes by providing analysis and technical advice across the unit and to business areas. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Application support including problem resolution and support call management, lodgement and tracking of issues, report specification and writing, and Data Extract / Import.Managing vendor relationships on behalf of Council along with support call management and maintenance monitoring.Undertake systems analysis including reports to Management with a view to improving performance, quality, efficiency and standards.Ensure business processes, application functions, security, privacy and audit controls comply with internal and external governance requirements. This position is based in the Sunshine Coast City Hall , in the heart of Maroochydore CBD. This state of the art and sustainable building is designed to achieve an innovative and collaborative workspace.
About you As a Customer Solutions Analyst, you will have strong research, analytical problem solving and evaluation skills with the capacity to examine complex problems and develop innovative strategies, along with strong time management and organisation skills to manage significant projects and complex cases, managing competing priorities.
You will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with particular emphasis in the areas of building effective relationships, consultation, negotiation, conflict resolution and assertiveness.
You will have demonstrated expertise in TechnologyOne Property and Rating application or equivalent enterprise application, and expertise in Microsoft SQL and TSQL database language, and Microsoft SQL Server database management tools.
As a requirement of this role, you will possess a Bachelor degree in Information Technology or relevant field and/or substantial proven relevant industry experience.
