Customer Service / Warehouse Administrator

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a proficient Customer Service Representative for our 3PL Warehouse Client in Lytton About the Role: Position: Customer Service Representative / Warehouse Administrator Location: Lytton QLD 4178 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Hourly Rate: 34.75 Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with assigned customers.
Process client orders in collaboration with warehouse and transport teams.
Coordinate stock counts and customer stocktakes.
Prepare and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure accurate documentation completion.
Assisting with comprehensive reporting across the business.
Requirements: Previous experience in logistics and customer service is highly considered Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with KPI management preferred.
High accuracy in data entry; effective communication skills are essential.
Ability to engage with a diverse range of employees and customers.
Process Initial client interview followed by Drug & Alcohol and Police checks for successful candidates.
