We have a superb opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join us at our Gawler branch!

As a Customer Service Specialist with BankSA, you will ultimately help our customers make the most of their money and achieve their financial goals!
You will do this through:
Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service by understanding individual customer needs and offering personalised financial solutions.
Sales Focus: Drive sales by referring customers to our home loan and business banking specialists and identify new leads across wealth, insurance, home loans, and small business lending.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers both in-branch and over the phone to support their current needs and uncover their future financial goals.
What will I need to succeed?

Customer-Facing Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in a sales role where engaging with customers is key to your success.
Customer-Centric: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
Proven Performance: You meet and exceed performance targets with an uncompromising commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Team-Player: You collaborate seamlessly with your team to achieve shared goals.
Numerical and Technical Skills: You are comfortable working with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systems.
Self-Motivation: You have a strong drive to achieve targets and anticipate opportunities.
No banking experience?
