What You'll Be Doing: Answer inbound calls from small business owners, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances.Be flexible with hours to ensure we're there when our customers need us.
