About The Role
Provide first-class customer service when assisting customers across various channels including concierge, telephone, social media, and email.
Assist customers by providing up-to-date information on the City's activities, events, and current matters.
Deliver high standards of service by meeting KPIs, seeking feedback, working collaboratively, and participating in training.
About You
Can work well in a team and independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
