We are in search of an enthusiastic Customer Service Sales Support to enhance our dynamic team. This role, reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Manager, is crucial for managing sales inquiries, engaging with customers directly, and contributing to our sales strategy through meticulous research and development.
Site Location: Keysborough, Victoria
Duration: 6 to 12 month maternity leave position, with potential for full-time permanent employment
Key Responsibilities:Master our sales processes and product offerings.Handle sales and customer inquiries collaboratively.Utilise advanced software tools for comprehensive customer, job, and financial data management.Drive lead generation and sales discovery through diligent research and development.Support the sales team in strategy formulation and execution.Commit to our OH&S Policy by maintaining high safety standards.What We're Looking For:Proficiency in Pronto, Reckon, LeGrand CRM, MS Office, and similar tools.Exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude for engaging and understanding client needs.Strong inclination towards research, development, and lead generation.Quick learner with a deep understanding or willingness to learn about our services and products.Why Join Us?Be part of an innovative team in a nurturing and inspiring workplace.
