Inbound Sales Contact Centre, no prior call centre experience required Permanent Full-time positions, Salary of $65,118.04 plus super Mile End location with work from home opportunities Your new opportunity An exciting opportunity to join RAA's local friendly Retail Sales Team. We're looking for people who want to start their new career within a call centre environment where you will create memorable experiences for our members. To be successful you will have adrive to succeed and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone while multi-tasking with computer systems. Our Retail Sales Consultants provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, coupled with achieving brilliant sales targets together with: Take inbound calls from our members and potential customers. Ensure quality conversations to identify customer needs and offer best solutions. Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members. Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA's extensive products including Insurance and Road Service. The role will be commencing Monday 25th November which will include 3 weeks full-time training of system and product knowledge. Hours Our contact centre is open Monday – Friday between 8am to 6pm (you'll work on a rotating roster during these hours- shifts are 8 hours with opportunity for overtime) as well as some rostered and optional overtime Saturday shifts between 9am to 12pm. About you You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for: Ability to build rapport with members and teammates. Team player with the willingness to learn and grow. Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Proficient with the use of computers. Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
