Customer Service Role

All Metal (Australia) is a leading manufacturer of custom flashings, rainwater goods and architectural cladding, and a supplier of metal roofing products and accessories.
We are currently seeking a motivated full-time Customer Service Representative for an immediate start in our newly established branch in Newcastle.
As the face of the business, you will be dealing with tradespeople as well as the general public on a daily basis via email, face-to-face communication, and over the phone.
This role includes completing quotes, processing sales orders, and ensuring the necessary processes are followed to have products manufactured and purchased to meet customer needs.
Role Requirements: Positive attitude and great work ethic.Able to work well in a team environment and prioritize work based on required dates.Effectively communicate by email, phone, and face-to-face with customers.Computer skills are essential.Understanding of order entry and purchasing processes will be beneficial.Some building industry knowledge would be advantageous.If this sounds like you and would like to join our team, we look forward to hearing from you.
