Your Main Duties:
Order processing via phone and email
Handling customer enquiries
Coordinating shipping and order ETA's
Facilitating logistics and distribution requirements
Offering support and educating existing customers
Chasing up overdue invoices and supply auditing

About You:
Experience in a similar Customer Service role
Excellent communication skills and phone manner
