About the role Our Customer Service team play an important role at AC3 - typically they are the first point of contact via phone or email enquiries from our customers.
They qualify and facilitate incoming enquiries, and if needed, direct these enquiries to the right team/person.
The area of responsibility is non-technical in nature and the focus is to provide a customer centric approach to resolving the enquiry as efficiently as possible.
There is also a focus on continuously improving the processes we have to servicing our customers.
Support customer requests/incidents by either resolving yourself or escalating to the appropriate internal team within SLA Facilitate a worry-free service for customers removing the stress of running their IT department Ensure high levels of customer experience through creating, managing and tracking requests using ITSM and online tools Manage all new requests with a high degree of accuracy ensuring exceptional and frequent communication with the customer and internal teams "Better It" by working with the team to improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and provide proactive input to create additional ones Ideal Candidate 2-3 years previous experience working in a Client Services, Customer Service or Customer Success role Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Experience using Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow Works in an autonomous manner Strong customer service orientation Shows initiative and is an outside-of-the-box thinker Culture Being #4 on Australia's Best Places to Work list, it's clear that culture is a top priority at AC3.
