Do Work that Matters As a Customer Service Representative providing phone-based support to our Retail Banking customers, you will be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us. You will assist customers in managing their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
Concierge and welcome calls
Missed payments and early-intervention collections
Simple customer service enquiries

This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work predominantly from home with a once a fortnight connection in the office to give you the best of both worlds!

Hours and training To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:
Provide a minimum of 10 hours availability per week, these would be split over 2 shifts
Available to work from the Perth office, 300 Murray Street, Perth, once a fortnight
Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training at 15 hours per week for 4 weeks. (dates and times to be confirmed)
Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period; however, we are able to be flexible post-training
Throughout your training, you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills and progress in your career
