Customer Service Representative

Multiple positions open for an experienced Customer Service Officer within our government clients team.

Location: Broome WA
Details
Contract: 12 months, starting Jan 2025
Hourly Rate: $37.36 p/h plus super
Providing Face to Face, Front of House/reception support for agency enquiries. With strong participant engagement.
Utilise various ICT/business systems to manage and action participant data and information.
Undertake outbound and inbound phone calls to manage appointment bookings.?
Actively participate in training and required meetings.?
Undertake delegate duties as assigned.
Ability to work independently whilst still being flexible and adaptable to change
