CPL - Choice, Passion, Life - Customer Service Representative At CPL, we all have an important role to play supporting our clients to live the life they choose with passion. Join our customer service centre you will be on the front line of our organisation managing all incoming enquiries; phone, web and email. You will be passionate about supporting people with disability and able to sell the services CPL provide with passion. Aiming for a one call resolution you will thrive on giving the highest level of customer service to identify customers' needs and recommend quality CPL services that will see our clients reach their goals and realise the potential of the NDIS. Your role will include the set up and maintenance of support data in the rostering system for all employees and clients. This is an exciting and fast paced role in an innovative and changing environment.To take on this opportunity you will:Enjoy having genuine conversations with our customers and have the ability to exercise empathy, discretion and sensitivity.Possess excellent customer service skills with a sales orientation, the ability to engage customers and provide effective conflict resolution when required.Show evidence of utilising excellent communication and interpersonal skills including active listening skills and the ability to problem solve and deliver quality outcomes to customers.Demonstrate an ability to work with others and be a participative and supportive team member, who seeks and provides feedback and solutions.Showcase a high level of ability using technology and the Microsoft Office suite of products.NDIS clearance / Blue Card (will be required to start).COVID-19 full vaccination.Preparedness to work between 7am and 7pm as required.You will be further advantaged if you have:Knowledge of CRM systems and call centre software.Disability service knowledge / health background desirable.Previous experience working in a customer service and coordination role.Benefits:Permanent, Full-time.Monday to Friday.Flexibility to work hours between 7am and 7pm.Brisbane CBD Office + WFH flexibility.Highly competitive salary + tax savings up to $5000 / yr.Develop skills and knowledge working with the NDIS.Supportive and friendly culture in a leading not-for-profit organisation.CPL Group is a leading provider of support services to people with a disability.Applications to close by Monday 9th October, unless filled priorPosition Description AUD Australia - QLD Brisbane CBD & Inner Suburbs Brisbane 4000 Job Search Classification
